Health & Safety

The safety of our students, teachers and staff takes priority and overrides all other considerations.

External Consultancy & Review

  • Safety standards within the centre and in all our activities are reviewed by two independent bodies annually
  • In 2001, UK consultants along with British Petroleum Health, Safety and Environment officers conducted a Peer Review on our facilities and how we conduct our activities and concluded that we meet rigorous standards in all aspects
  • A Health & Safety Review is carried out every month during the conduct of the British Petroleum Project
